We ensure your data is secure, private and fully managed within the EU
The Analytics module uses data obtained from your Spotler products. This typically includes marketing data such as email activity, purchase details, campaign information and related metrics.
This functionality is delivered through ThoughtSpot, an AI-driven analytics platform fully hosted within the EU. Importantly, your data itself is never stored by ThoughtSpot; it always remains in Spotler’s secure database.
AI-powered features
If you choose to use the AI capabilities within the Analytics module, such as the Spotter or SpotIQ, please note that these features rely on large language models (LLMs) like Azure OpenAI or Google Gemini. For Spotler Group, these services are configured to run exclusively within the EU. These services temporarily process your queries in order to generate relevant answers.
Personally identifiable information is never shared outside Spotler’s controlled infrastructure. None of this data is stored or used for AI training. When using these external AI-powered features, only structured metadata and user prompts are sent. This may include:
Metadata (for example, column names, synonyms, descriptions)
Some sample data and feedback to improve answer relevance
Query results for follow-up questions
If you prefer not to use these features, you can choose to disable AI functionality at any time.
