When should I use SpotIQ instead of Answers?

Use SpotIQ when you want to understand why performance has changed or when you want to discover patterns that are not immediately visible.

SpotIQ is especially useful for:

  • Detecting outliers or unusual behaviour in your data

Use Answers when you know exactly what you want to report on and need a clear, repeatable result, for example a campaign performance overview or a KPI comparison.
