If your Answer shows no data or Null values, this is usually caused by filters or selected data that does not match any records. Here's some things you can try:
- Check if your date range is too narrow and try a wider period.
- Review filters such as campaign name, list, or segment and remove one filter to test the result.
- If you are grouping by an attribute, try a different grouping to confirm where values are available.
If you only want to include campaigns with activity, add a filter that excludes rows without sends, for example Total Emails Sent greater than 0.
