Why does my Answer show no data or null values?

If your Answer shows no data or Null values, this is usually caused by filters or selected data that does not match any records. Here's some things you can try: 

  • Check if your date range is too narrow and try a wider period.
  • Review filters such as campaign name, list, or segment and remove one filter to test the result.
  • If you are grouping by an attribute, try a different grouping to confirm where values are available.

If you only want to include campaigns with activity, add a filter that excludes rows without sends, for example Total Emails Sent greater than 0.
