How do scheduled Liveboard reports work?

Liveboards can be scheduled to be sent automatically by email. Scheduled reports provide a snapshot of the Liveboard at the time the report is generated.

Schedule a Liveboard report

To schedule a Liveboard report, open the Liveboard you want to share. In the upper right corner, click the More options icon (ellipsis), then select Schedule and click Create schedule.

You will go through the following steps:

  1. Set up schedule: enter a name for the schedule, choose how often the report should be sent, and select the time and timezone.
  2. Select attachment type: choose how the report should be attached, for example as a PDF.
  3. Add recipients: add users, email addresses, or groups that should receive the report.
  4. Views: select which Liveboard view and filters should be included in the scheduled report.

When all steps are completed, click Create to activate the schedule.
