Spotler ID offers a simple way to reset a forgotten password using the Forgot password? option on the login page. This feature is accessible at the Spotler ID login screen and helps quickly regain access when the password is lost. Please follow these steps:
- Step 1 Access the login page
- Step 2 Enter your email
- Step 3 Check your email
- Step 4 Provide your 2FA code
- Step 5 Set a new password
Step 1 Access the login page
Go to the Spotler ID login page and click on the Forgot password? link to start the reset process.
Step 2 Enter your email
In the Login field, enter the email address associated with your Spotler ID account. This ensures the reset instructions are sent to the correct address.
Did not receive an email? Please check if you have other email addresses you could have used for your Spotler ID.
Step 3 Check your email
You will receive an email with a Reset password button. Click on this button to continue the reset process.
Step 4 Provide your 2FA code
You will be asked to enter your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code to verify your identity and complete the security step.
Step 5 Set a new password
After verification, you will see the screen where you can set a new password. Once submitted, your password will be updated and you can log in with your new credentials.
