Once logged in with your Spotler ID, it is possible to open various screens. In this article, we will explain how this works and where you can change it.
Make sure you are on the Spotler Marketing Cloud page (the dashboard once you're logged in with your Spotler ID) and not in one of the linked products. You need to go to your profile via the menu at the bottom-left corner.
Are you in a product? Return by clicking on the grid icon and then on Products, as shown below.
Now that you are on the homepage, click on the dropdown menu at the bottom left to go to your profile.
In the window that now opens, you will see under the heading Preferences: Default product.
In the example below, this is set to the Last Opened Product and can therefore be changed by clicking on it.
A pop-up window now opens where you can make changes. Under Type, you choose from three options, as shown in the image below: Marketing Cloud, Last opened product, or Selected Product.
If you choose Selected Product, two additional rows will appear: one for selecting the product and one for choosing the user environment.
So, if you have access to multiple accounts of a Spotler product through your Spotler ID, you can already select a specific environment here.
- Click Save and your preference is set. The next time you log in, the screens you set according to the steps above will open.
