If you (soon) no longer have access to your verification app—for example, if your phone is lost or replaced—you need to reset your two-step authentication for your Spotler ID.
Follow these steps to reset your two-factor authentication:
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your login credentials.
- You will see the screen asking for your Two-Factor Authentication code.
- Click the link Reset Two-Factor authentication.
- You will receive an email containing a temporary code.
- Enter the temporary code on the page.
- You will then see the screen to configure Two-Factor Authentication again.
