How do I reset my Two-Factor authentication?

If you (soon) no longer have access to your verification app—for example, if your phone is lost or replaced—you need to reset your two-step authentication for your Spotler ID.

Follow these steps to reset your two-factor authentication:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. You will see the screen asking for your Two-Factor Authentication code.
  4. Click the link Reset Two-Factor authentication.
  5. You will receive an email containing a temporary code.
  6. Enter the temporary code on the page.
  7. You will then see the screen to configure Two-Factor Authentication again.
