Spotter is the natural-language AI search tool available in the Analytics module. It helps marketing teams explore and analyze data without technical expertise. Spotter is especially useful when you want to quickly explore data, ask follow-up questions, or compare metrics without manually building a query.
By asking questions in plain language, it delivers clear, structured insights that can be refined and saved. A question can be:
"Can you compare KPI 1 and KPI 2 in a single graph to evaluate campaign performance over time?"
or “What 10 email campaigns had the highest CTR last month?”
Spotter interprets these questions, translates them into software queries, and returns structured Answers that can be reviewed immediately.

Start a conversation with Spotter by entering your question in the chat and pressing enter or clicking the send icon. Spotter will return a result in a few seconds. You can ask broad questions to explore data, or more specific questions to zoom in on a particular metric, campaign, or time period.
The Spotter chat supports interactive, follow-up exploration. It allows you to:
- Ask follow-up questions on existing Liveboard insights and graphs. For example, you can type “Compare this with CTR?” to generate a new graph showing both KPIs side by side.
- Switch between the table and graph view.
This conversational approach makes analysis flexible and dynamic. You can refine questions in context and immediately see updated results. The generated results are returned as Answers. These Answers can be saved, edited, or pinned directly to a Liveboard.
If you want to make further adjustments, you can edit an Answer generated by Spotter using the Answers editor.
