My profile

The profile menu is located in the bottom left corner of your screen when you're logged into Spotler Marketing Cloud. Expand the menu and click on My profile to access your personal settings, including user information, preferences, and security options.

On this page you have the following options:

Overview my profile

You can open the profile menu from the bottom left corner of your screen while in Spotler Marketing Cloud. Expand the menu and the option My profile will appear. Click to open it.

User information

Click Edit to change your user information. The Change profile details pop-up will appear. You can update your first name, last name, time zone, and language. The language you select determines how Spotler Marketing Cloud is displayed. Available languages are English, Spanish, and Dutch.

If you want to use a different email address, you won’t be able to change it directly in your profile settings. Instead, you have to create a new Spotler ID using your new email address.

  1. Go to one of the products you already have access to, such as Spotler Mail+ or Spotler Activate.
  2. Create a new Spotler ID using your new email address.
  3. If you use multiple Spotler products, repeat step 1 for every product. By using the same email address, the products will be automatically added to your new Spotler ID.

Once completed, you’ll be able to log in with your new email and access the tools you need.

Preferences

Under Preferences, you can set your default product. This determines where you land after logging in through the login page. The available options are:

  • Marketing Cloud
  • Last opened product
  • Selected product

If you choose Selected product, a dropdown menu will appear where you can select your preferred product.

Security

In the Security section, you have the option to change your password. You can also configure how often Spotler should prompt you for a Two-Factor Authentication code during login. Set the interval in days:

  • Set to 0 to require authentication every time you log in
  • Maximum is 365 days

If you set it to a value higher than 0, a link Reset authentication on all devices will appear. After confirming, you will need to authenticate again on all devices. You can reset your Two-Factor Authentication during the login process. You can't switch of 2FA.
