This guide will help you get started with your new Spotler login, which is your Spotler ID. Once setup, you will be able to access all your Spotler products and easily switch between all your Spotler products without needing to log in multiple times.
Already have access to Spotler products?
If you are an existing user in one or more Spotler products, like Activate or Mail+, make sure you are prepared before you link your existing login to your Spotler ID. More information on how to prepare your existing user in the different Spotler products.

Step 1 Set up your account
When you receive the verification email, follow these steps to activate your Spotler ID.
Click on the Activate My Spotler ID button in the email. This will take you to the login method page where you can choose your preferred login method for your Spotler ID.

If somehow you didn't receive the activation email while Spotler says you should have or you can't find it in your inbox, go to the login page and click on 'Forgot password'. You will receive a new verification email in your inbox.
Step 2 Update profile
Before continuing, you'll be asked to review and update your profile details. These details, such as your name and email address, are now managed centrally.
Check if your first name and last name are correct.
Once your details are correct, click the Save button to continue.
Step 3 Set your password
After selecting your login method, you will be prompted to set a password for your Spotler ID. Follow these instructions:
- Enter your new password. It must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one letter and one number.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click on the Set password button.

Step 4 Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
To enhance security, you are required to set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
Follow these steps:
- Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- If you’re unable to scan the code (for example, if you’re using a browser extension), click on "Cannot scan the code?" to manually copy and paste the setup key into your authenticator.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app in the Verification Code field.
- Click on the Verify button.

Step 5 Log in to your Spotler product
After setting your password and two-factor authentication, you can log in using your new Spotler ID.
Click on the continue button to enter the Spotler Marketing Cloud. Once you're in, you can easily switch between products using the switcher in the top-left corner, next to the product logo. This allows you to move quickly between the Spotler (Marketing Cloud) dashboard and any other connected Spotler products.
