This guide will help you get started with your Spotler login, which is your Spotler ID. Once setup, you will be able to access all your Spotler products and easily switch between all your Spotler products without needing to log in multiple times.
Wait for the email from Spotler before taking action
This process starts with an email initiated by Spotler, to create your own Spotler ID. You will then link your existing ActivatePro account to your newly created Spotler ID.
Haven't received the email, or you're using Single Sign-On/Two-factor authentication for your company account? Go to Step 7.2 Alternative linking method and follow the steps to set up Spotler ID for your account.

Step 1 Register your email for a Spotler ID account
When you receive the email to set up your ActivatePro account for Spotler ID, you will see a link to first register your email for Spotler ID. Click on the Set up Spotler ID button and enter your details. As mentioned in Step 1 of the preparations, ensure that you use your personal work email address for Spotler ID, like yourname@yourcompany.com.
Click on Register and you will receive the activation mail for your Spotler ID.
Step 2 Set up your account
When you receive the verification email, follow these steps to activate your Spotler ID.
Click on the Activate My Spotler ID button in the email. This will take you to the login method page where you can choose your preferred login method for your Spotler ID.

If somehow you didn't receive the activation email while Spotler says you should have or you can't find it in your inbox, go to the login page and click on 'Forgot password'. You will receive a new verification email in your inbox.
Step 3 Update profile
Before continuing, you'll be asked to review and update your profile details. These details, such as your name and email address, are now managed centrally.
Check if your email address, first name, and last name are correct.
Once your details are correct, click the Save button to continue.
Step 4 Set your password
After selecting your login method, you will be prompted to set a password for your Spotler ID. Follow these instructions:
- Enter your new password. It must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one letter and one number.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click on the Set password button.

Step 5 Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
To enhance security, you are required to set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
Follow these steps:
- Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on your screen (not the qr code above).
- If you’re unable to scan the code (for example, if you’re using a browser extension), click on "Cannot scan the code?" to manually copy and paste the setup key into your authenticator.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app in the Verification Code field.
- Click on the Verify button.

Step 6 Log in to your Spotler ID account
After setting your password and two-factor authentication, you can log in using your newly created Spotler ID. Here you will see all available Spotler products within the Marketing Cloud, such as ActivatePro.
Step 7.1 Link your ActivatePro account
The final step is to link your existing ActivatePro user to your Spotler ID.
In the overview of products, proceed to Spotler ActivatePro and click on Link Account. Keep in mind that you can only connect one user from an account to your Spotler ID, as it is your personal login.
A pop-up appears that explains the procedure where you will redirected continue the operation.
Again, click on Link Account and you're asked to enter your existing ActivatePro credentials, to connect to your Spotler ID account.
Click on Connect and you're all set! This is now your new way of logging in to Spotler ActivatePro.
Step 7.2 Alternative linking method
It might be possible that you're using a different login page for your organization to log in to Spotler ActivatePro, which looks like this: https://app.crossengage.io/login/LIVE_{companyId}. Or perhaps you didn't receive the email to register for Spotler ID.
In these cases, you will need to follow this step to link your newly-created Spotler ID to your existing ActivatePro account:
- Log in to your existing ActivatePro account and go to My Profile.

In the Profile Manager, click the Spotler ID button. A pop-up appears with 2 options:
- If you already have a Spotler ID (by either following the steps above, or you already had it for other Spotler products), enter the email address associated with your Spotler ID and click on Link Spotler ID. Follow the verification steps if prompted and you're all set. Your Spotler ID is now connected to your ActivatePro account.
- If you don't have Spotler ID yet, select the I don't have one yet option and follow the prompts to create your Spotler ID. Also see all the steps above for more guidance if needed. Once created, your new Spotler ID will automatically be linked to your ActivatePro account.
From now, this will be your new way of logging in to Spotler ActivatePro!
