I have multiple Spotler products, how can I add them to my Spotler ID?

The Spotler ID offers you an easy way to access all your Spotler products through one log in. However, when you first start using your Spotler ID login, you might see only one product in your overview. That’s because each Spotler product needs to be migrated individually.

Spotler lets you know when a specific Spotler product is ready to be added to your Spotler ID. When your product is ready, please follow the product-specific step-by-step plans on how to add an existing Spotler product to the Marketing Cloud. This process can differ per Spotler product.

Why don't I see all Spotler products in my overview?

There are two possible reasons why your Products overview in the Spotler Marketing Cloud doesn't include all your Spotler products:

  1. Option 1: Not all Spotler products are currently supported via Spotler ID.
  2. Option 2: You haven’t added the Spotler product to your Spotler ID yet.

Option 1: Check if your specific Spotler products are ready

Check the release information for an overview of all products available now.

Option 2: Add your Spotler products

After you have checked Option 1 and confirmed your product is ready, please follow the product-specific step-by-step plans on how to add an existing Spotler product to your Spotler ID. This process can differ per Spotler product. Please note: you only have to create a Spotler ID one time, after that your Spotler products will be added to that Spotler ID.

Tip: align your email addresses

Please check if you are using the same email address across all Spotler products, because then we can automatically add your product to your Spotler ID once the product is ready. We will inform you when this is successfully deployed.
