This guide shows you how to access your Spotler Message account through Spotler ID. Once setup, you will be able to access all your Spotler products and easily switch between all your Spotler products without needing to log in multiple times.
Wait for the email from Spotler before taking action
Adding Spotler Message to your Spotler ID always starts from an email initiated by Spotler. Already created a Spotler ID for another Spotler product? Make sure your user email address is the same in both products. We will then automatically link Spotler Message to your existing Spotler ID.

Do you already have a Spotler ID?
Did you already create Spotler ID for another Spotler product? Enter your Spotler Message username and password once on the Spotler ID login page. This links your Spotler Message account to your Spotler ID. This is a one-time action. After that, you will always log in using your Spotler ID login method.
Step 1 Sign in to Spotler Message
For Spotler Message, there is not much changing for you.
Go to the original login page of Spotler Message. Here, you're prompted to enter the email address you use to log in to the software.
Click on Next and you will see a window stating that you will be redirected to your login provider, such as Spotler ID.
Step 2 Redirect to Spotler ID
After clicking on Continue, you're redirected to the Spotler ID login page. You will see that the entered email address is prefilled in this window.
Simply continue by entering your existing password used for Spotler Message, and click on Login. So there is no need to create a new password and you will also not be prompted to.
Step 3 Enter or set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
In the following step, you will be asked for your two-factor authentication (2FA) verification code. This is mandatory with using Spotler ID. If you already had two-factor authentication set up in Spotler Message, you will keep using the same existing item in your Authenticator app, that you had for Spotler Message.
Enter the 6-digit verification code from your Authenticator app and click on Verify.
Didn't yet use 2FA in Spotler Message?
To enhance security, you are required to set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
Follow these steps:
- Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on your screen (not the qr code above).
- If you’re unable to scan the code (for example, if you’re using a browser extension), click on "Cannot scan the code?" to manually copy and paste the setup key into your authenticator.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app in the Verification Code field.
- Click on the Verify button.

Step 4 Log in to Spotler Message
After entering you verification code and clicking Verify, you're now logged in to Spotler Message using your new Spotler ID.
Once you're in, you can easily switch between products using the switcher in the top-left corner, next to the product logo. This allows you to move quickly between the Spotler (Marketing Cloud) dashboard and any other connected Spotler products.
Bookmark the new login page
For future logins, it is recommended to bookmark the Spotler ID login page. This ensures you always access the correct login environment without being redirected.
