In Mail+, you used to log in with your username instead of your email address. So it is possible that you have multiple Mail+ logins.
If this is the case, you can link multiple Mail+ accounts to your Spotler ID. After switching to Mail+, you will see an additional screen where you can switch between the different Mail+ logins you linked, called Environments.
These are the possibilities when you want to link multiple Mail+ logins:
- Option 1 (preferred): linking all Mail+ logins before linking with Spotler ID
- Option 2: linking extra Mail+ logins after linking the first Mail+ login with Spotler ID

After all Mail+ users are linked, link your Mail+ account to Spotler ID.
Option 2: linking extra Mail+ logins after linking the first Mail+ login with Spotler ID
Did you already link one Mail+ account to your Spotler ID? Then contact support, they will help you link your other Mail+ accounts.
Contact support if you want to link multiple Mail+ logins
At this moment, only Spotler admin users have the rights to migrate extra logins to an already existing Spotler ID. Before you contact support, please:
- Align your email address: make sure the email address of your Mail+ user is the same as the email address you use for your Spotler ID.
- Write down the name of your user and the Mail+ accounts you want to migrate.
Support will trigger an email that helps you link your extra Mail+ logins.
