In the Spotler Marketing Cloud, the Products module is available via the left-hand menu. This module provides an overview of all Spotler products, including which ones are linked to your account.
On this page you have the following options:
Overview products
In the Products module, you will see a list of all available Spotler products. Products already connected to your account are marked with a green Active license label. These entries also include an Open button, which takes you directly to the respective Spotler product.
At the top of the page, you can use the tabs to filter products by solution type: B2B, B2C, Government, or view All products.

For any product not yet connected to your account, a Learn more button is available. Click this to read more about the product, explore its features, and schedule a demo if you want to evaluate whether it suits your needs.
The overview is specific to your account: it only shows the products you have access to. Your organisation may have more active Spotler products, but if you don’t see them listed, it means they are not linked to your Spotler ID. Your colleagues may see a different product set depending on their access rights.
If you do have access to a product but it is not listed, see the next section on how to link accounts.
Link accounts
There are two ways to link your Spotler products to your Marketing Cloud account. The method available depends on the specific product:

Method 1: Link account
If a product shows a Link account option, you can log in to that product directly and connect it to your Spotler ID. Once linked, the product will appear in your overview. -
Method 2: Email invitation
You may receive an email from Spotler indicating that your product is ready to be linked to your Spotler ID. This rollout is part of our release planning. Not all products are supported simultaneously. You will be informed as your product becomes eligible.
