Is it possible to merge different email accounts across Spotler Products?

If you use different email addresses for different Spotler products, these cannot be merged into a single account. For example:

What can you do?

Once you have set up your Spotler ID for the desired email address, follow the steps below to apply this to all your access points. You will need to update any addresses that do not match the one for which you have already configured a Spotler ID:

  1. Add your primary address to your products
    Add a user to your product with the desired address you will use as your Spotler ID.
  2. Create a new Spotler ID 
    Create a new Spotler ID on that address by following these instructions: Create a new Spotler ID.

    If you use multiple Spotler products, repeat this step for every product. By using the same email address, the products will be automatically added to your new Spotler ID.

  3. Verify access
    Log in with your Spotler ID and verify you have the correct access in all environments.
  4. Remove the old email address
    Once access has been confirmed, you can remove the old email account (e.g., john@domain.coml) from your accounts.

Important

You cannot merge different email accounts across Spotler products. You must choose one and manually align permissions.
